Alston Advisory coaches leaders and advises organizations through transformation.

Leadership rarely changes all at once. It shifts first in how someone sees themselves: a new challenge, a step up, a step away.

I work two ways: as an advisor to organizations shaping how their leaders operate, and as a coach for individuals finding their own path through a transition.

For individuals: One-on-one coaching for anyone navigating a career change, a life transition, or their next step.

For companies: Leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders, one-on-one or as a group program.

About

I'm an American advisor and coach based in Stockholm. Across more than twenty years in luxury retail leadership, spanning merchandising and buying, client development, training, and retail performance, I've focused on developing teams that thrive through transformation. At the core of my work is a simple idea: when someone's personal sense of meaning aligns with where their company is headed, you get sustained growth, motivation, and real business impact.

My path has taken me through Louis Vuitton, Coach, and Acne Studios, with stops in Banjul, Paris, and New York before Stockholm. That international perspective shapes how I work with leaders today.

My philosophy:

At the core of my work is a humanist, person-centered philosophy. I believe my clients are resourceful, creative, and whole, and my role is to create space for their own transition and for their leadership to emerge. My business background lets me act as an iron hand in a silk glove: ambition and accountability, held with warmth.

I've been fortunate to work with remarkable coaches of my own, and those moments are exactly what I hope to create for the people I work with.
